Dato’ Mohd Imran Tamrin, a senior partner with over 14 years of experience in banking, estate & probate, finance, and corporate law, has played a key role in many joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and financial transactions.
He is an active member of Selangor Legislative Assembly Member (ADUN) Sungai Besar since 2018. He also a Member of the Selangor State Assembly, Members of the Special Selection Committee - Eradication Poverty, Committee Member - Agency, Statutory Body and Subsidiaries (JP-ABAS) and many others. He also has served on the boards of several companies, including banks , and has deep knowledge of corporate governance and boardroom practices. He has also been a trustee for multiple youth and charity associations and organizations.
