Hafiz Norkhan manages both litigation and advisory work across all areas of employment and industrial relations law. He frequently represents clients in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court.
He regularly advises on various employment matters, including retrenchment and reorganisation, transfers, senior management restructuring, voluntary and mutual separation schemes, sexual harassment, misconduct, disciplinary actions, performance management, and the creation of employment policies and documentation.
